Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping: ₹99
- Express shipping: ₹199
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delivery Areas We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Failed Delivery / RTO If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
